Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor part of their self-employed professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the last good, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you ordered a good which is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ioannis Theodosiadis, Wilhelmstr. 162, 72805 Lichtenstein, Germany, phone number: +497129 928610, e-mail-address: info@home-of-greece.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via a correspondingly labelled button ("Withdraw from contract") on our website (www.home-of-greece.com). If you use this online function, we will immediately send you, on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail), an acknowledgement of receipt with information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website (www.home-of-greece.com). If you make use of this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or to JT-Lizenzen - 1A Fulfillment, c/o Home of Greece, Wilhelmstr. 162, 72805 Lichtenstein without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

- for the supply of goods that are liable to spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded;

- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no control;

- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery;

- for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;

- for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
