Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made domestically (Germany)

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross value of goods):

Delivery area: We deliver exclusively to Germany, to the EU member states (including Ireland) and to Switzerland. Excluded from delivery are Cyprus and Malta as well as all territories outside the VAT territory of the European Union. These include in particular the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the French overseas territories and the Åland Islands.

Germany: For orders up to 49.99 € we charge a flat rate of 5.99 € for shipping. From an order value of 50.00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries Abroad:

We calculate shipping costs for deliveries abroad based on the order value (gross value of goods):

Other EU countries: Flat rate of 13.99 € per order.

Switzerland: Shipping costs are staggered according to the order value and include shipping, customs clearance and payment of the Swiss import VAT. No further costs are incurred for customers from Switzerland. As these are tax-exempt export deliveries, these shipping costs do not include German VAT.

Order value up to 99.99 €: 39.99 €
Order value from 100.00 € to 149.99 €: 29.99 €
Order value from 150.00 €: 19.99 €

The value of goods shown in the shopping cart is decisive for the calculation of shipping costs.

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, and for deliveries abroad within 3 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
